This past weekend James and I drove to the gulf coast to spend some time with my parents and little brother. The weather was perfect -- sunny and bright with a little breeze. We had a great time catching up, relaxing and playing a game or two of Apples to Apples on the beach (my new favorite thing!)
My brother took family photos on the beach the other night (aka my parents' Christmas card photo, no doubt), and I thought they turned out really swell.
I am so thankful for my family and relaxing getaways. Now I feel ready to tackle the rest of the week's projects and to-do lists...there's a lot going on around here over the next few days -- client projects, prep for this weekend's craft fair (more on that later!), Not Wedding work (the event will be here so soon!) and other not-so-exciting stuff, like laundry, doctor's appointments (ugh) and grocery shopping. It's going to be a challenge, but I'm going to figure out how to squeeze working out in there somewhere, too. It can be all be done, right? Oof.
Have a great hump day, my friends...make it a good one!
