Easter is just around the corner, and we're hosting our parents and my little brother for Easter lunch. Of course, I'm excited to decorate the table. I'm thinking Martha's painted animal figurines as place card holders, succulent centerpieces and lots of fresh flowers. This year, I'm also looking forward to experimenting with the menu. I want to make a few vegetable sides, but I'm having a hard time deciding. Roasted carrots are on my list, but otherwise, I need some advice. What are some of your favorite veggie dishes?
