Tubing in Helen

Yesterday James and I took a day off to spend a little more time with our family that's in town. We drove up to the North Georgia mountains to Helen, a small, charming town full of old-world buildings, inns and restaurants-- and hopped out of the car when we stopped at the Cool River Tubing Co. We ate a picnic lunch, and changed into our bathing suits to drift down the river in huge green tubes. It was a gorgeous day, the water was the perfect temperature, and I've never had so much fun! Baby Penny was too small to come along on the trip, so I snuggled with her a little bit before we left my Aunt's house. I won't see her until the fall, and boy, will I miss those cheeks.
