Cinnamon Toast Crunch...cupcakes!

When James, a sweet cereal lover, and I got married, I had to break the news to him that he would no longer be able to stock up on Froot Loops, Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Because let's be honest - I love these cereals just as much as the next kid (or adult)...and I would end up eating a huge bowl every morning...that would eventually find its way to my rear-end. So, yes; James had to pretty much give up these sweet morning treats because of my lack of self control...and go with Raisin Bran Crunch instead.


That being said, I spotted these Cinnamon Toast Crunch cupcakes on my friend Jessica's facebook wall yesterday, and boy oh boy, I can't wait to make them! Cinnamon toast crunch infused french toast cupcakes, with maple cream cheese frosting dusted with cinnamon sugar! I mean, can it get any better than that?! James will be thrilled!

  2. we have a french toast cupcake with maple cream cheese icing at the shop where i work too.. it's TO DIE FOR.
