The Butterfly Room

Who wants to take a trip with me to Adelaide, Australia? Apparently, the newest "hot spot" in the area is Singapore House, an upscale restaurant with items on their menu like "Salt and Pepper Squid" and "Duck with Plum Sauce." As appetizing as these dishes sound, I don't want to visit to try the food. I want to visit because of their private dining room, featuring 600 framed butterfly specimens, aptly titled the "Butterfly Room." Wouldn't this be the most stunning place to host a special dinner?

  1. It's pretty from here, but I could not eat and stare at butterfly carcasses. Yuck!

I do love the way those frames cover the walls. That would such a cool thing to do in a house - like on a stairway. I'm going to save that photo. Thanks!
