My silhouette bridesmaid cards

I recently finished making all of my bridesmaid cards and wanted to share them with you. I decided to cut out my girls' silhouettes and mount them on some lovely paper from my favorite local stationery store, Paper-Source. I searched the blogosphere high and low for an easy way to create silhouettes, and I have to say that Becky Kazana's instructions are fool proof!

All of my girlfriends and Alana and Ashley, James' adorable nieces, loved their cards and are excited to be part of the Big Day. I have asked my three closest gal pals, Lindsay, Pana and Shari, (top right hand corner picture below) to serve as my Honor Attendants. I just couldn't choose between them; each of them is so special and dear to me, and I wanted all of them to have a big role on my wedding day. Colleen, another one of my best friends from college, and Betsy, my best friend since the 6th grade, are also serving as my bridesmaids. Alana and Ashley, 12 and 9, (they will be 13 and 10 early next year), are serving as my junior bridesmaids. They are the sweetest girls, and they will steal the show with their gorgeous red hair against the peacock blue dresses I've chosen for them to wear! All in all, I couldn't ask for a better group of best lady friends, and I'm thrilled that they will all be sharing such a special day in my life with me as my bridesmaids.

And thank you, Miss B, for the awesome silhouette advice!
